Tennis courts take a beating — algae, mildew, dirt buildup, and UV wear all eat away at that surface color and grip over time. Here’s how we bring one back to life 🎾
Our process:
1️⃣ Pre-treat the surface with a commercial-grade cleaning solution to break down algae, mold, and embedded grime
2️⃣ Power wash at a controlled PSI — high enough to lift buildup, low enough to protect the acrylic surface coating (this matters — too much pressure strips the paint layer)
3️⃣ Work in overlapping passes to avoid streaking or uneven cleaning lines
4️⃣ Rinse and inspect for any remaining stains, then spot-treat as needed
5️⃣ Let it fully dry before resurfacing or line striping (if that’s part of the job)
The difference in traction and color after a proper wash is honestly wild. This is the kind of maintenance HOAs and property managers should be budgeting for annually — it protects the surface investment and keeps courts safe to play on.
