This Lansing rental turnover needed more than a quick clean. The scope: a full turnover cleaning, wall prep and patching throughout, drywall repair, and a cracked ceiling repaired and re-textured to match. All of it handled by Exit Strategies under one scope, so the owner was not juggling a cleaner, a drywaller, and a painter between tenants.

🎃 LANSING BUSINESS OWNERS & COMMUNITY MEMBERS — WE COULD USE YOUR HELP! 🎃

Exit Strategies Property Solutions is putting together a little something special for the kindergarten and first-grade students at Cole Academy of Lansing, and we’d love to get our local community involved!

The school is looking for 50 medium-sized pumpkins and 2 bales of hay to help make a fun fall experience for the kids. 🍂

We’re personally donating 20 pumpkins to get things started, and we’re reaching out to fellow business owners, friends, and community members to see who else might be willing to pitch in.

Whether it’s 1 pumpkin, 5 pumpkins, a bale of hay, or whatever you’re able to contribute, every little bit helps! ❤️
