Rain can tell you everything you need to know about your concrete.

Next time it rains (or even with a hose), take a look:

✔ Does water bead up on the surface?
✔ Or does it soak in and darken the concrete?

That difference is key.

When it’s wet:
Beading water means your sealer is still doing its job.
Absorption means your protection is fading.

When it’s dry:
Stamped concrete should look rich and enhanced — not dull or chalky.
If it’s faded, it’s another sign it’s time to reseal.

Over time, worn sealer allows moisture to pe*****te, leading to:

• Surface deterioration
• Color fading
• Increased maintenance
• Long-term damage

Concrete doesn’t fail overnight — it slowly loses protection.
