Up all night canning. 6 gallons of whole tomatoes and 4 gallons of salsa. finished pressure cooking all this at 4 am. Very long day yesterday. I need a bigger kitchen more stoves more pressure cookers and an assistant.

First 3 gallons of hot salsa brewing.Only took 21 hand squeezed limes to get it right.

Still picking tomatoes this morning!

It's Beginning to Look Alot Like canning! Fall is almost here. I'm slicing a lot of tomatoes and corn is almost done. And no time the pumpkin spice lattes will be drank by everyone!

These are super sweet. I can't wait to make salsa and sauce and ketchup. Mmmm

Produce is coming in quick. Look! You would like produce you should contact me. All leafy greens including Dill, basil, Lemon thyme, Spanish lavender, French lavender, mescaline mix, Nasturtium (great in salad mix spicy like arugela), and wood sorrel (amazing and mixed greens related to star fruit and has a slight sour taste), are all$1 per bunch. The rest of the produce $2 per pound.

You would like to contact me and make salsa I am willing to teach you just bring your own jars to preserve the produce you can buy from me.

KJM-Our Purpose and Mission

December 2009 I lost my mother to a 14 month battle with Pancreatic Cancer. My mom Kathy was very devoted to her family and community but not more than how she devoted er life to Christ. My family was able to survive in the gardens my grandparents and my mother and father planted every year. She taught me a lot about how to organically achieve more with the garden, and preserve it for the whole year. With this life lesson I have decided to share her memory with the community and doing what my family taught me which is to be a steward to the land and so it can give back.

KJM farms main goal is to build the urban landscape and heal it through nutrient recycling and waste management techniques on a highly local scale. Through this the land can help feed community members in need as well as community members who would like to financially support a good cause. KJM farms is dedicated to growing produce in a natural way keeping soil life rigorous and maintaining energy in the system. Jesus was able to save so many through his miracles. He fed 5000 people at a single gathering, and it is with this in mind that I will feed as many people as possible with value added produce that can help mankind heal.
