One of my past clients reached out to me as his grandma was not able to continue living in the home she had been in for over 50 years. We bought this home at a foreclosure auction without seeing the interior. Fortunately it had been well maintained. Instead of going full rehab on it, we cleaned it up, put a new roof on, and decided to sell with minimal repairs. This allows us to keep the home at an affordable price and the buyer to do the interior updating they want.

WOW!!! This one turned out incredible. This is located in a little pocket of newer built homes just North of Downtown Flint. When we bought this home it was a wreck. But my guys came in, cleaned it up, updated it, and made it shine. We just listed it on the market and expect it to sell fast.

Thankful today that the temp is at 6 degrees. Otherwise the smell in this home would have been overwhelming. Bought this home at a foreclosure sale last week. We bought this property from an estate. When we purchase a home we analyze it to determine what is the best use for it. In this case, it made the most sense to do a full rehab and rent it out. My crew has been working on this one for about 30 days. It had heavy ni****ne stains on everything so it had to be cleaned and sanitized. Then we gutted the kitchen and bathroom and remodeled them. Putting some finishing touches on it and will be ready to rent out next week.
