After successfully lighting up Downtown Laramie in 2025 through the Downtown Lighting Project, the Tough Guys team is now hard at work in Downtown Casper completing another exciting community enhancement project. This week, our crews are installing the Twinkly Pro outdoor lighting system, bringing year-round ambiance, customizable lighting displays, and a vibrant new look to Casper's downtown district.

We're honored to continue helping Wyoming communities shine and look forward to seeing Downtown Casper illuminated for residents, visitors, and local businesses to enjoy for years to come.

The Casper Downtown Development Authority is moving forward with a project to install year-round tree lighting throughout the downtown area.
