Our crew is currently on swing stage completing exterior coating and maintenance work on this mid-rise property. This isn’t just about making it look good (though that matters)—this is about preserving the integrity of the building envelope.

Lowes Commercial Painting is finally back at it after 1 1/2 years. Melinda was hit hard with 8 feet of sand and all kinds of damage from Milton and Helene. She has had to oversee a full rebuild of this building we had just finished the parking garage when the sand and water came in.

It has been a long road, but we staged to restart the painting of this building. This may be one of my favorite projects, not just because they are a repeat customer but because we partnered in step to get them back to repainting. It's been a road but when you have an awesome manager. and amazing partners like , PJ Johnston and it has been rewarding.

Can't make this stuff up ... this is the type of things we have to fix after going with the cheapest bid ... I guess less money means no preps or even cleaning before painting? Sometimes the costs you more by the time your done. Who sees the issue? And the issues the correction will create?
