Which pool do you think Telchineā€™s ozone treated today? šŸ™ŒšŸ˜‰šŸ¤“

Telchineā€™s ozone does not take weeks, or even days, to make a difference. When we design, spec, and install the treatment system, Telchine can make sure that your application is taken care of immediately. The pool on the right only took a few hours to see the difference.

At Telchine, we understand that time is the most critical element to ensuring that your application and system is taken care of, and we pride ourselves on making sure your system is running effortlessly the day itā€™s turned on!

Of note: This application was for an incoming water treatment project. Telchine designed and installed the entire system, complete with a fully containerized treatment system to withstand the elements. It included an air fed ozone system, sand filters, an entire pump system for both the clean water and dirty water systems, carbon filters, heat pump/chiller, and UV. The best part is that the entire system was automated to fit the client's needs!

Happy to see Two Docks Shellfish is fully operational with their new ozone system! An incredible build that has enabled raw bay water to be used with confidence and consistency at one of Floridaā€™s leading shellfish hatcheries. The build came with full automation and controls and an injection system that increases both the efficiency and contact time.

- Dual 10g/hr oxygen fed ozone generator, for a total of 20g/hr with redundancy
- Fiberglass enclosure
- 7" HMI touchscreen for complete user-friendly controls, alarms, set points, and integration into your existing system

NEW PRODUCT ALERT:

Introducing our new air fed, high performance ozone generator system! Telchine built a 120g /hr dry air fed ozone system that had to fit within an inch of the space allotted. This 2-bay cabinet contains:

- Oil-less compressors
- Internal liquid to air cooled ozone cell
- Internal air prep package
- Internal receiver tank
- PLC controls
- Internal AC unit
- Ozone splitter to help operate a neighboring exhibit

The Entire System is Within This Climate Controlled Enclosure!

Our air fed generator produces up to 4%wtO3 on dry air. It also has a very low maintenance requirement compared to a PSA oxygen fed ozone system of similar size.

Our advanced compact ozone generator was recently installed in Texas @ Sea Turtle Rescue Center to support their main attraction! This new design is a more compact version of Telchineā€™s legacy units, yet comes with a full suite of automation and controls. We also included an ozone destruct system to ensure safety and system efficiency.

-10g /hr ozone production
-Built to operate with an oxygen generator producing up to 10lpm

-Advanced Plasma block Ozone Technology
