Congrats on the new house! Now… what the heck is that thing in the garage? The seller left you a water softener and reverse osmosis (RO) system, but apparently took the maintenance history with them! Does it need salt? New resin or carbon? RO filters? Is it even working? That’s where we come in. We’ll explain what you have, check how it’s working, and help figure out what service it needs. Send us a message one less mystery in your new home! Proud to be Family owned and operated

" But I read online that carbon lasts longer…”
You may have and that doesn’t necessarily mean the information is wrong! Carbon life can vary depending on where you live and what’s in your water. Here in Florida, our water conditions are different from many other parts of the country, so we base our recommendations on the water we actually service every day.
At AOK Water Services, we typically recommend replacing the carbon in a midplate system about every 3 years and in a twin-tank system about every 4 years. Carbon plays an important role in reducing chlorine, odors and other unwanted contaminants. As it becomes exhausted, it simply can’t do its job as effectively.
So when you see someone in another state saying, “My carbon lasts much longer,” remember, they are dealing with completely different water!
Different water. Different needs. Local experience matters.

We’re not sure if these two are the future of AOK Water Services… or about to drop the hottest album of 2026. Onyx & Kai clearly understood the assignment. Future water treatment professionals? Rap duo?
Professional troublemakers? Only time will tell. For now, they’re just keeping the “family” in family owned & operated.

Rain? What rain? Kevin’s got a route to run!
While most people are trying to stay dry, Kevin is suited up and heading out for salt & peroxide services. Rain or shine, we’re out here taking care of our AOK customers and keeping their water treatment systems maintained and running like they should. Being family owned & operated means when you schedule with AOK, it’s actually us showing up ,even when Florida decides to make the workday a little soggy.
