🚧 6000 PARK PLACE – BUILDING 1 PROGRESS UPDATE 🚧

Building 1 is getting closer to being ready for the new walkway waterproofing system!

Entryway sloping began yesterday following tile removal and surface preparation, helping create the proper transitions and drainage before waterproofing begins.

Crews are also nearing completion of the expansion joint replacement throughout the walkways.

With work progressing on both Buildings 1 & 2, 6000 Park Place is well on its way to better-looking, longer-lasting, and better-protected walkways.

🚧 PROJECT PROGRESS – 6000 PARK PLACE | BUILDING 2 🚧

Walkway waterproofing and gemstone installation is officially underway at Building 2!

Yesterday, our crews began the waterproofing system with Sika M200 Base Coat, preparing and protecting the walkways for the next stage.

Today, we're moving forward with the Sika TC-225 Top Coat, bringing the new walkway system another step closer to completion.

The transformation is already taking shape, and the fresh walkway finish is looking great! 👷‍♂️🏗️

Big thanks to Mark Barron with Prosoco for a great demo/testing session over at Marquesa. We had a large area of delaminated stucco with minimal cracking. The Prosoco Stucco Ties are a great potential candidate to minimize any future movement without having to restucco the whole wall.

Voyager Beach Club Restoration Project – Week 1 Update

What an incredible start to this project! Our crew has hit the ground running, and the first week has been packed with progress.

✅ Railing and knee wall demolition is well underway across multiple balconies. ✅ Floor grinding has officially begun on the upper floors as we prepare for the next phases of restoration. ✅ The team continues to work safely and efficiently, keeping the project on schedule.

For only being in Week 1, we're making outstanding progress and look forward to sharing even more milestones as the transformation continues.

A huge thank you to our hardworking field crews for their dedication and commitment to quality every step of the way!

The Waterview Restoration Project continues to advance. Balcony restoration with new densglass framed walls and waterproofing are progressing with a high-quality gemstone finish applied.

WKM continues to make progress on the Gables project, which has become a substantial concrete repair endeavor, particularly on the balcony slabs.

Windwards Condominium restoration project is starting next week. WKM is looking forward to making these buildings look a little fresher.
