Most AC companies in Florida have never worked on a mobile home. They'll still take the job.

Your ductwork runs under the house, not through an attic. A double wide has a crossover duct between the halves that fails constantly and that nobody thinks to check. Your return air works differently. Your equipment has to be listed for manufactured homes, and a lot of what gets installed isn't.
