This slab had dropped about 1.5 inches and pulled away, so we used polyurethane foam to lift it back into place and support everything underneath.

Instead of tearing out the concrete, we injected foam under the slab to fill the voids, stabilize the soil, and bring the concrete back where it needed to be.

✅ Lifted the slab back into place
✅ Stabilized weak soil underneath
✅ Filled hidden voids
✅ Supports the concrete long-term
✅ No permits required
✅ Fast, clean process

Most homeowners never see the real problem.

The concrete on top might look fine, but underneath it can be a completely different story. Over time, Florida’s sandy soil gets washed away by rain, irrigation, and drainage, leaving empty spaces underneath the slab.

Those hidden voids are what cause concrete to sink, crack, separate, and become uneven.

That’s why we focus on fixing what’s underneath.

We inject polyurethane foam beneath the concrete where the problem actually is. The foam expands to fill the voids, compact weak soil, and provide the support the slab needs to stay stable long-term.

Why homeowners choose polyurethane foam 👇

✅ Fills hidden voids beneath concrete
✅ Compacts weak or washed-out soil
✅ Helps stop future sinking and cracking
✅ Supports the slab for decades
✅ No permits required
✅ Most jobs completed in just a few hours
✅ Fraction of the cost of replacement
✅ Clean, non-invasive repair process

We pumped polyurethane foam into these voids hoping for the same result we’ve seen before…

And it didn’t disappoint. 🌋

As the foam traveled through the hidden voids underneath the concrete, it found openings and started blowing out exactly where we wanted it to. This is actually a good thing because it shows us how far the material has traveled and confirms that we’re filling the empty space underneath the slab.

The goal isn’t the foam volcanoes—it’s making sure the voids are filled and the soil is compacted so the concrete stays supported long-term.

✅ Fills hidden voids under concrete
✅ Compacts weak or washed-out soil
✅ Helps prevent future sinking and cracking
✅ Supports slabs for decades
✅ No permits required

Before we inject foam, we need to know what’s actually going on underneath the concrete.

We drill small 3/8-inch holes and use a fiberglass probe to check how soft the soil is and how much of a void has formed under the slab. This tells us where the concrete has lost support and how much foam we need to stabilize it properly.

Once we find the voids, we inject polyurethane foam underneath the concrete to fill the gaps, compact the weak soil, and support the slab long-term.

✅ Finds hidden voids under concrete
✅ Helps us understand how weak the soil is
✅ Foam fills gaps and compacts soil
✅ Helps prevent future sinking and cracking
✅ No permits required

Driveways don’t just sink for no reason.

Most of the time, there are voids underneath the concrete where the soil has washed out. Once that empty space forms, the weight of the driveway keeps pushing down, causing the slab to sink, crack, separate, and get worse over time.

We fix that by injecting polyurethane foam underneath the driveway. The foam fills those hidden voids, compacts the weak soil, and supports the slab so it doesn’t keep settling.

Why homeowners in Clearwater choose this repair 👇

✅ Fills hidden voids under driveways
✅ Compacts weak or washed-out soil
✅ Helps stop future sinking and cracking
✅ Supports the concrete long-term
✅ No permits required
✅ Done in just a few hours
✅ Fraction of replacement cost

One of the coolest parts about lifting concrete with polyurethane foam is watching the cracks tighten back up as the slab returns to level.

Most people think cracked or sinking concrete automatically means replacement—but in a lot of cases, the real issue is simply the soil underneath washing out over time.

We inject polyurethane foam beneath the slab to fill the hidden voids, compact the weak soil, and lift the concrete back into place. As the slab regains support, many of the cracks close up naturally and the concrete becomes much safer and more stable.

Why homeowners around Tampa Bay choose this method 👇

✅ Lifts sinking concrete back to level
✅ Helps tighten and close slab cracks
✅ Fills hidden voids under the slab
✅ Compacts weak or washed-out soil
✅ Helps prevent future sinking and cracking
✅ No permits required
✅ Most jobs done in just a few hours
✅ Fraction of the cost of replacement

Pool decks in Florida sink and crack all the time—and most homeowners think the only solution is replacing the concrete.

Usually, the real problem is underneath the slab.

Florida’s sandy soil and heavy rain slowly wash out the ground beneath pool decks, creating hidden voids and weak spots. Once the slab loses support, the concrete starts cracking, separating, and sinking.

That’s why we use polyurethane foam injection.

We pump the foam underneath the slab where the problem actually is. The foam expands, fills the voids, compacts the weak soil, and supports the pool deck long-term without tearing everything out.

Why homeowners in Palm Harbor choose this repair 👇

✅ Stabilizes weak soil beneath the slab
✅ Fills hidden voids under the pool deck
✅ Helps stop future sinking and cracking
✅ Can lift the slab back toward level
✅ No permits required
✅ Most jobs done in a few hours
✅ Fraction of replacement cost
✅ Long-lasting support for decades

If your pool deck is starting to sink or crack, it’s much easier (and cheaper) to repair it before the damage spreads.

A lot of homeowners don’t realize how big of a liability uneven concrete can actually be.

Raised sidewalks and uneven walkways are one of the most common causes of trips and falls—especially for elderly residents, guests, delivery drivers, contractors, and anyone walking on your property.

And the scary part is… these issues only get worse over time.

That’s why concrete grinding is such an important repair. Instead of replacing the concrete, we grind down the raised lip and restore a smooth, safe walking surface fast and affordably.

Why homeowners in St. Pete choose this 👇

✅ Removes dangerous trip hazards
✅ Helps improve walkway safety
✅ Reduces liability concerns
✅ No permits required
✅ Costs hundreds, not thousands
✅ Fast, clean process
✅ Much cheaper than replacement

If you’ve got uneven concrete around your home, it’s much easier to fix it now before someone gets hurt.

Sinking concrete is usually a soil problem, not a concrete problem.

Here in Florida, weak sandy soil washes out from underneath slabs and creates voids. Once that support is gone, the concrete starts to sink, crack, and become uneven.

We fix that by injecting polyurethane foam underneath the slab. The foam expands, fills the hidden voids, compacts the weak soil, and lifts the concrete back into place without replacing it.

✅ Compacts weak or washed-out soil

✅ Lifts concrete back to level
✅ Helps prevent future sinking and cracking
✅ No permits required
