🎨🏢 STORAGE BAY TRANSFORMATION - PART 6 🏢🎨

After weeks of demolition, rebuilding, drywall work, texture, and preparation, it was finally time to bring everything together.

🖌️ Final painting underway
🎨 Bright white finish applied
🧱 Newly textured walls completed
🏢 Multiple storage bays transformed
✨ Final details coming together

This is always one of the most satisfying phases of a project.

Watching walls go from patched drywall and fresh texture to a clean finished appearance completely changes the feel of a space. What once felt dark, outdated, and divided now felt open, bright, and ready for use.

One of my favorite parts of this stage is seeing all the previous work finally pay off. The framing, drywall, mudding, sanding, texture, and preparation may not always get the attention, but they're what make the finished product possible. 💪

By the end of this phase, the remaining storage bays had been textured, painted, and transformed. The project was no longer a construction site—it was beginning to look like a finished facility again. 🔥

🏢🔨 STORAGE BAY TRANSFORMATION - PART 5 🔨🏢

As work continued on the storage bays, attention shifted to another important part of the project—the office space built inside the facility.

🧱 Drywall repairs and patching
🚪 Closing in old openings
🪣 Mudding and finishing
🎨 Hand-applied texture work
🖌️ Primer application
🏗️ Continued progress throughout multiple bays

Every commercial project has dozens of moving parts happening at the same time. While one area was being rebuilt and finished, another was already moving into the painting stage, and the next space was being prepared for texture and final finishes.

One thing I enjoy most about projects like this is seeing multiple areas come together at once. What starts as framing, drywall, and repairs slowly turns into clean finished spaces that are ready for their next chapter. 💪

This phase also gave us an opportunity to continue training and developing new skills within the crew. As the project progressed, texture work, finishing techniques, and production responsibilities continued to expand throughout the team. 🔥

By the end of this stage, finished walls were taking shape, freshly primed surfaces were ready for paint, and the overall transformation was becoming impossible to miss.

🏗️🏢 STORAGE BAY TRANSFORMATION - PART 4 🏢🏗️

With demolition complete and the space cleaned up, it was finally time to start building everything back.

🧱 New insulation installed
📐 Wall rebuilding underway
🔨 Drywall installation
🪣 Finishing and mud work
🎨 Texture application and knockdown finish

This stage is where a project truly starts coming back to life.

Once the insulation and drywall were installed, attention shifted to creating smooth, seamless walls that would blend together as one finished space. A lot of time goes into the details during this phase, because the quality of the finished product is determined long before paint ever touches the walls. 💪

One of my favorite parts of projects like this is watching rough framing and exposed structure slowly transform into clean finished surfaces. There's something satisfying about seeing new walls come together and texture being applied after all the hard work behind the scenes.

By the end of this phase, the space was no longer a demolition project—it was beginning to look like a finished commercial space again. 🔥

🧹🏢 STORAGE BAY TRANSFORMATION - PART 3 🏢🧹

Before rebuilding can begin, preparation matters.

One thing we take seriously on every project is keeping the workspace organized throughout the entire process—not just at the end. As demolition wrapped up, it was time to clean, organize, and prepare the space for the next phase of construction. 💪

🧹 Sweeping and cleanup
♻️ Material organization
🧱 Preparing for insulation
🛠️ Layout preparation
🏗️ Framing progress begins

With the old walls, ceilings, insulation, and fixtures removed, the space was finally starting to feel open again. What was once divided into multiple rooms was now becoming a blank canvas ready for its next purpose.

A clean jobsite isn't just about appearance. It helps keep projects moving efficiently, improves safety, and allows us to focus on quality as we move into the rebuilding phase. 🔥

The transformation is starting to take shape, and from here the project begins moving from demolition into construction.

🔨🏢 STORAGE BAY TRANSFORMATION - PART 2 🏢🔨

With the walls removed and the space opened up, it was time to tackle the next phase of the project.

⬆️ Ceiling tile removal
🧱 Insulation removal
💡 Light fixture removal
⚡ Electrical rerouting
❄️ Removal of an old rooftop HVAC unit
🛠️ Framing for the new layout begins

One of the biggest changes in this phase was opening up the entire ceiling system and exposing the structure above. Once everything was stripped down, we could finally start seeing the full potential of the space and begin building it back the right way. 💪🔥

Something that's important on projects like these is keeping the jobsite organized throughout the process. As materials came down, everything was loaded directly into our dump trailer to keep the workspace clean, safe, and efficient from start to finish. 🚛♻️

By the end of this stage, demolition was nearly complete, the old systems were out of the way, and the first new wall was already being framed into place.

🔨🏢 STORAGE BAY TRANSFORMATION - PART 1 🏢🔨

This project started out as several divided-up rooms built inside a set of storage bays. Before we could begin transforming the space, everything had to come out.

🚧 Drywall removal
🧱 Insulation removal
🔨 Interior wall demolition
🚪 Opening up hidden roll-up doors
♻️ Salvaging materials that could be reused later

One thing we always enjoy about projects like this is seeing what's hiding behind the walls. As we continued opening everything up, we started uncovering the original layout and creating a blank canvas for the transformation ahead. 👀🔥

This was only the beginning of the project. There was still plenty of demolition, cleanup, repairs, and rebuilding ahead before these bays would be ready for their new purpose.

🏠✨ It's always amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do for a space. 🎨🔥

This apartment had solid bones, but years of wear left it feeling darker, dated, and ready for a refresh.

✅ Full interior repaint
✅ Walls, ceilings, trim, and details refreshed
✅ Brighter, cleaner appearance
✅ Ready for its next chapter 🙌

One thing I always remind homeowners and property owners is that every project is different. Sometimes a fresh coat of paint is all that's needed. Other times it makes sense to keep going and tackle flooring, fixtures, or additional updates at the same time. 💪🏠

For this project, I actually recommended replacing the flooring as well. At the end of the day, though, every project comes down to the owner's goals, timeline, and budget. My job is to help lay out the options and let them decide how far they want to take the transformation. 🤝

The biggest mistake I see is waiting too long. Small cosmetic updates can make a property feel cleaner, brighter, more comfortable, and more inviting long before major renovations are needed. ✨🏡

I take pride in doing things the right way—from prep and protection to the final walkthrough—because the details matter. 🔥👊

It’s crazy what happens when the prep work, repairs, and finish work are all done the right way 💯

Most people only see the final reveal 👀
But behind every clean transformation is hours of prep, protection, repairs, sanding, masking, spraying, and detail work 🔧🎨📏

This project came out clean 🔥
And the entire property feels newer, brighter, and more alive because of it 🏡✨

That’s the goal every time — not just to “paint it”… but to actually improve the way the space feels when you walk into it 👊🏽

This is the stage where the project really starts coming together 👀🏠

The repairs are handled ✅
The prep work is done ✅
And now the entire space is starting to feel completely different 🔥

🎨 Fresh paint going up
📏 Clean cut lines throughout
🛠️ Repairs blended in properly
✨ Bright, clean finish changing the entire feel of the room

A lot of people underestimate what a proper repaint can do for a space.

But when the walls are repaired correctly, the texture is blended right, and the finish is laid down clean… it completely changes the atmosphere 🏡💯

This is the type of work that helps a property feel refreshed, updated, and ready for its next chapter 👊🏽

Still more to go, but the vision is finally starting to show 🔥📲
