HE’S HOME! 🐾❤️

What an incredible community we have!

Yesterday, we shared a video of a lost Golden Retriever who wandered up to one of our technicians. Thanks to the power of social media and all of YOU sharing, commenting, and spreading the word, we are happy to report that he has been reunited with his family.

We want to say THANK YOU to everyone who took a moment to help. Your shares made all the difference, and it’s amazing to see our community come together to help bring a beloved family member home.

A special thank you to our team members who made sure he was safe, comfortable, and cared for while we searched for his owner.

This sweet boy reminded us that sometimes the most important service call isn’t plumbing or HVAC, it’s simply helping a neighbor in need.

Thank you again for proving that kindness still exists and that our community always shows up when it matters most. ❤️

🚨UPDATE 🚨
Nobu has been reunited with his sweet family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒

Yesterday, one of our technicians was out serving a customer when an unexpected visitor showed up, a beautiful Golden Retriever who looked so much like Buddy, our Loyalty mascot, that we had to do a double take.

Our team immediately made sure he had water, then took him to a local vet to check for a microchip. Unfortunately, he wasn’t chipped, so one of our amazing team members brought him home while we continue searching for his family.

We know someone is missing this sweet boy, and we’re hoping our community can help us find his owner.

Today’s assignment: pet all the golden retrievers. ✅🐕💛

We had a great time at the Golden Retriever Pool Party hosted by the Jack of Hearts Foundation. 🐾

We met amazing people, made lots of furry friends, and even spotted Jack Sparrow! 🏴‍☠️

Shoutout to our littlest employee for helping work the table and spread the word about Loyalty Plumbing & Air all day long. 💙
