Job Description- Framing Estimator Needed
Framing Estimator needed for framing division and Concrete Estimator needed for large sub-contractor in the Las Vegas area.
The right candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess the drive to succeed.
Position will require ability to read construction drawings / blueprints required for residential, multi-family, and commercial projects.
Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
Determine and price value-engineered alternatives to plans and specifications.
Develop and Present accurate and timely estimates on which we base competitive bids and proposals for our client base.
Maintains cost database by entering and backing up data.
Ability to work well with others and contributes to the team by accomplishing results as expected.
Good communication skills with customers and peers.
Computer skills including MS Excel, Word. With Strong Analytic abilities.
Prefer Framing estimating experience or college level coursework in construction technology in a related field.
Ability to coordinate and work independently.
Additional duties as assigned by manager.
