We’ve officially come to the final day of National Roofing Contractors Association, 2024!

We’re celebrating with Strawberry Shortcake!

Thank you everyone who followed along with us! Roofing Week is such an incredible opportunity to display all the different facets of the industry. This community of people and the different businesses that exist in this industry are amazing and it’s been a treat to celebrate roofing across the United States!

Day #4 of National Roofing Contractors Association, !

Today is all about ! Here at TORC we take safety and safety retraining very seriously. Every year we shut down production and we do entire safety retraining for all our roofers and field employees!

One of the main objectives for that day is inspecting all safety equipment. There is a very detailed process we use to ensure our roofers’ safety equipment is in supreme condition. If even one part is questionable, the equipment is notated as failed, and that roofer will receive brand new equipment.

Training is not an expense, but an investment in human capital.

It’s Day #3 of National Roofing Contractors Association and we’re celebrating our employees! We are so thankful for the incredible team we have. It’s cheesy, but true, We Would Crumbl Without YOU!

Thank you to our entire team, from the roofers to the foreman, to the supers, to the estimators, to accounting, to customer service, and everything in between! We are a better company because of the people who work here.

It’s Day #2 of !

Today we want to showcase our , LV Reach!

LV Reach is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with the purpose of helping and
healing the inner cities of Las Vegas through food, educational resources, medical assistance, and mentorship. They focus on offering, assistance, relief, life skills, and resources to empower individuals in both the 89169-zip code and the greater Las Vegas area.

This week our was able to volunteer at the center! We prepared meals for the families in the community, deep cleaned the facility and assisted the LV Reach staff with all other needs! It was such an amazing opportunity to be the hands and feet that reach the less fortunate in our city! If you’d like more information on this organization, check out LVReach.org!

National Roofing Contractors Association, National Roofing Week, Day #1!

We’re kicking off National Roofing Week with our Southern Nevada Trades High-school!

This innovative trade school focuses on imparting skills-based training related to the
construction industry, by offering high school students specialized education in trades
such as roofing. The school aims to address the significant workforce shortages in high-
demand, well-paying jobs within the industry.

We are proud to have played a role in roofing SNTHS! This school was truly a success thanks to our manufacturers Carlisle and Eagle who donated material to ensure we could complete the job on time and under budget.

TORC believes in educating the next generation of construction workers! We look forward to seeing the positive impact this school will have on the community and the construction industry at large!

As we approach Memorial Day, we take a moment to honor the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. This day is a reminder of their courage, dedication, and the freedom they fought to preserve.

Our office will be closed on Monday, May 27th in observance of Memorial Day and will resume on Tuesday, May 28th.

Reflecting on our TORC Christmas party last Friday🎄

Grateful for an incredible day, where we celebrated our holiday party.

A huge congratulations to our CORE team members who achieved significant milestones in 2023- we distributed a total of $20,000 in vases filled with cash to recognize their dedication to this company.

The joy continued with exciting raffles, including 9 TVs, BBQs, new tool sets and more!

The highlight of the day was our grand prize winners: Kyle Eresman, who won a trip to Hawaii and Benito Vargas-Navarrete, who scored a brand new truck!

Feeling blessed by the entire TORC team and eagerly anticipating the future that awaits us in 2024!

Cheers to a season of accomplishments and achievements made by our incredible !
