This is a 2 stage pour and we are getting ready for our 2nd pour at a 1/4” after pouring at 1-1/2”. Surprisingly our first pour was flat and met up to the window seal and back slider evenly! Schonox products flow out perfectly! We have a little ways to go before we install our Brazilian Cherry wood floors!

Since starting the relative humidity was around 48%, and the ambient temperature was at 84 degrees! We ground the slab twice, it was super hard! We reach porosity and rolled on the moisture barrier twice, and installed a sound underlayment!

It’s so important to moisture test everything! This slab has high readings so we’re installing a moisture barrier to prevent any problems.

We are on a high rise tower where the gypsum got soaked and was demoed on the 18th floor. Moisture testing is important to prevent other problems and in this case we had to moisture mitigate this cement slab to proceed with our 1-3/4” pour! We just got our bags stage to do a 3 phase pour do to limit room.

We can fix just about any subfloor problems with Schonox products!
This renovation had a spalling gypsum floor, meaning it was cracking and in pieces! We fixed the subfloor and now we are ready to install a flat floor!

After stitching the cracks and embedded Schonox fiberglass mesh in Schonox FB primer/patch, we are pouring Schonox US self-leveler to level this garage conversion.

We stitched the floor and now we are reinforcing the cracks and the rest of the floor with Schonox Renotex fiberglass mesh embedded in Schonox FP primer/patch for a super strong support for our Schonox US self leveler.
