Alicia joins our team as a Project Coordinator after recently earning her Master’s Degree in Architecture from California Baptist University. With her creativity, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for architecture, Alicia is a wonderful addition to the KME team and a great fit for our collaborative culture.

Outside of architecture, Alicia enjoys coloring and has a fun passion for collecting Minions and traveling.

We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to seeing her grow and contribute to the KME team.

Thank you, CREDA Southern Nevada, for putting together another fantastic bowling tournament! It was a great evening filled with friendly competition, plenty of laughs, and the opportunity to connect with so many talented professionals in our industry. Events like this are a great reminder that some of the best relationships are built outside the office. Thank you to everyone who helped organize such a fun and successful event, and to everyone who participated and made it such an enjoyable evening. Looking forward to the next one!

KME Architects is proud to serve as the architect for Clark County's Lake Mead Mixed-Use Microbusiness Park, an exciting investment in the future of Las Vegas' Historic Westside.
Located adjacent to the Lake Mead Affordable Housing Project, this visionary 21,581-square-foot, two-story development is designed to bring entrepreneurship, education, innovation, and community together under one roof—creating a place where people can live, learn, work, and build businesses within their own neighborhood.
The first floor will feature restaurant, retail, and office spaces, providing local entrepreneurs and small businesses with opportunities to establish and grow their presence in the community. The second floor, developed in partnership with UNLV, will serve as an entrepreneurial hub with classrooms, coworking spaces, conference rooms, multimedia and podcast studios, a computer lab, maker space, mentorship opportunities, and innovation programming designed to help businesses launch and thrive.
One of the project's signature features is a striking collaboration hub with a brainwave-inspired ceiling, symbolizing the creativity, innovation, and ideas that will come to life within these walls. Outside, a welcoming civic plaza along Lake Mead Boulevard will provide a vibrant gathering space for community events while honoring the Historic Westside through large graphic panels celebrating the people and stories that shaped the neighborhood.
As Clark County Commissioner William McCurdy II said, this project is about much more than constructing a building—it's an investment in the future of the Historic Westside.
