One of our favorite parts of a remodel is finding ways to make a home work better without adding a single square foot.

For this remodel project in The Wellington, we opened up a closed-in kitchen and created a custom space that feels bigger, brighter, and much more functional. The new kitchen features soft-close wood cabinetry with crown molding, a custom island packed with storage, a matching laundry room, and a built-in bar area.

We also replaced the front door and made sure every inch of the design had a purpose.
