is a Las Vegas based general contracting firm specializing in design-build tenant improvements and out of ground construction. We hold six Nevada Contractors Licenses allowing us to self perform a variety of work including concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, pavement, parking lot striping, grading, demolition, underground utilities, and work in public right-of-way. Our staff also performs building en

velope maintenance, polyurethane foam roofing, landscaping, framing, drywall, and millwork. Additionally, NDL Group has in-house design build services ranging from space planning to permit ready plans with a quick turn around time.

BACK TO OUR ROOTS.

Our founder started as a hot tar roofer in the ’90s. While hot tar isn’t exactly on the menu these days, roofing is still part of our DNA.

These days, we’re putting that experience to work in a different way with spray foam, coatings, and other roofing solutions.

Having our roofing license gives us another way to support our clients and provide more of the construction services they need.

Sometimes the best way to move forward is to remember where you started.

Have you heard negative things about foam roofing?

Don’t believe the hype.

👍🏻 Properly installed and maintained SPF can provide long term protection.

👎🏻 It’s easily damaged.
👍🏻 A properly coated foam roof is designed to withstand the elements.

Our team transformed the space into a functional & welcoming retail location designed to support Savers® thrift’s operations and customer experience.

From coordinating various trades to managing construction details, NDL Group is committed to delivering quality workmanship, staying on schedule, and providing our clients with a finished space they can be proud of.

We’re excited to see this project completed and look forward to seeing the Savers® thrift team put the space to work for the community. Their grand opening is August 27th.

Two new retail buildings with architectural site work that brings an additional “Wow” factor to the area surrounding The Boulevard Mall on Maryland Parkway and Desert Inn.

As part of a Clark County Capital Improvement project, we are excited and honored to have been able to be a part of this benchmark for this area.

This ground-up development features six USTA-regulation tennis courts, a modern clubhouse, fitness amenities, and extensive site improvements designed to create a first-class facility for athletes of all ages.

From early site development and utility infrastructure through the construction of the clubhouse and specialized athletic spaces, this project showcases the collaboration, craftsmanship, and dedication of our employees, trade partners, and design team.
