We completed an extensive remodel of this beautiful home in Spanish Trails! Built in 1994, this home still had many of its original finishes. It now boasts custom cabinetry throughout, custom lighting, new flooring, and other upgrades. The kitchen backsplash is a combination of glass & stainless steel and the new fireplace is surrounded by stone with a metallic finish!

Our Story

Level Builders was established in 2007 by a father and son team Dan and James Kohl. After owning a successful paint & drywall business for nearly 10 years and building several custom homes, they felt that general contracting was the next step. Dan and James shared the same passion for running a family business with long term employees that enjoy working together. The paint & drywall business, Kohl Painting & Drywall, is still an integral part of the company umbrella today. It’s talented and trustworthy crew provides Level Builders the ability to self-perform many tasks on the job.
