🚨WARNING🚨 As this winter weather approaches, we would like to remind all of our clients of the potential destruction that de-icers, road salts and brine can do to your concrete!

City and County roads have now been treated and it is IMPERATIVE that you do not park your vehicle on any of your concrete surfaces before having that vehicle thoroughly cleaned (undercarriage especially).

Street department de-icing salts, store-bought de-icing salts and road brine can be incredibly corrosive to your concrete and leave you with significant damage - to which we do not warranty.

So how does this damage take place???

- Once the sun is back out, snow and sludge (packed with salt and brine) will melt from the vehicle, sit unnoticed on the concrete, and begin its corrosion.

You won’t see this happening in real time, but in the days and weeks after the snow has melted, you’ll notice the concrete’s finish is flaking away.

Be smart, use a shovel…. And leave those de-icers for asphalt!
