Let’s head to Rockledge, Florida for a “Live from the Field” update as we complete two renovations to improve store operations. The CPU (Central Pick Up) scope relocated deli pickup equipment from Customer Service back to the deli, with modifications to surrounding equipment to support the move. The HV (High Volume) scope updated the back-of-house area to accommodate new equipment for online order fulfillment. Read More: https://www.dwminc.com/live-from-the-field/grocery-client-rockledge-fl

A fresh coat of paint wasn't enough.
When one of our banking clients in South Florida needed an exterior refresh, the goal was straightforward: complete the work outside of business hours, minimize disruption, and restore the building's appearance.
As the project progressed, an unexpected challenge emerged. Once the existing finish was removed, portions of the exterior woodwork revealed years of weather-related wear that couldn't be solved with a standard application of stain and varnish.
Rather than settling for a result that met the specification but fell short of expectations, DWM worked closely with our client to develop a better solution. Additional preparation, sanding, staining, and protective coatings were incorporated to achieve the high-end finish the building deserved.
Despite weather delays and evolving project conditions, all work was completed without interrupting banking operations.
Anybody can paint a building. What we're proud of is that when the original finish didn't meet expectations, we didn't settle. We worked with our client to find the right solution and delivered a result that looked as good as it performed.

From Standing Water to a Permanent Solution.
What started as a report of standing water in a warehouse quickly turned into something much larger.
- Finding the Real Problem
- Delivering a Permanent Solution
- Responding with Urgency
- Communicating Every Step of the Way
When a client in El Reno, Oklahoma, noticed water accumulating in the back of their warehouse, DWM immediately dispatched a licensed plumber to investigate. Initial findings ruled out any active plumbing leaks inside the store, but the problem continued to worsen.
A second visit revealed the true culprit: a ruptured underground water service line feeding the building. What appeared to be a simple water intrusion issue was actually a significant underground failure that had begun impacting warehouse operations and threatened to flood the entire area.
Once approval was received, DWM mobilized quickly. Within a day, our team excavated around loading docks, concrete, asphalt, and active site obstacles to locate the issue and implement a permanent solution. The project included installing a new service line from the meter, a new pressure-reducing valve, a new mainline shutoff, and restoring the affected areas once repairs were complete.
Most importantly, the client's warehouse, merchandise, and equipment were protected from what could have become a much more costly disruption.
Throughout the project, DWM provided continuous communication to both store and corporate teams, delivering project updates and managing the entire repair through a single point of contact.
Projects like this demonstrate the difference between fixing a symptom and solving a problem. When unexpected challenges arise, our clients know they have a partner who will stay engaged, communicate clearly, and see the project through to completion.
We'll Handle It.
