Camp Creek Inn & Resort Village stands as a testament to what can be achieved when thoughtful design, luxury finishes, and quality craftsmanship come together. Working alongside Kuo Diedrich Chi Architects, our team delivered a hospitality destination where every detail, from guest rooms and dining venues to wellness and recreation spaces, was intentionally designed and meticulously executed.

As we begin work on Serenity Seaside Resort, we're excited to continue our partnership with Kuo and build upon the same foundation that made Camp Creek such a success.

Cardella Construction Company is proud to be part of the team bringing Serenity Seaside Resort to Florida's Forgotten Coast.

The new resort will feature 100 guest rooms, resort-style amenities, a signature restaurant, fitness facilities, and a lakeside beach house overlooking a six-acre freshwater lake. Inspired by West Indies and British Colonial architecture, the development is designed to create a unique hospitality experience that complements the natural beauty of the region.

We are excited to partner and bring this vision to life with Kuo Diedrich Chi Architects, Stability Engineering, Dark Light Design, and Molnar Jordan & Associates. Groundbreaking is set for later this summer, stay tuned!

Our Panama City Beach team partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Bay County, FL to support their mission of building homes and hope for families in need. 🏡

We rolled up our sleeves and helped install all the siding, bringing the home one step closer to completion and ready for framing inspection. It was a rewarding day on site, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community.
