We are seeking an experienced and dependable Masonry Crew Leader/Supervisor to join our growing team! This role is responsible for leading a crew of 12+, ensuring high-quality work, on-time project completion, and a safe, productive job site.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a 12+ person crew, ensuring proper procedures and safety guidelines are followed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and layout plans for accurate project ex*****on.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily project activities to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Inspect and evaluate work for quality and accuracy; provide training and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades for seamless project completion.
• Foster teamwork, motivation, and clear communication among crew members.
• Manage material inventory, ordering, and proper use of tools/equipment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Masonry Crew Leader, Foreman, or Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and wall plans.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
• Valid ID and clean driving record.
• Ability to manage and enforce job site safety.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
• OSHA or other safety certifications (a plus).
• Experience with budgeting and cost management.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
