What started as a simple toilet reset quickly turned into a much bigger repair. Once we removed the toilet and flooring, we uncovered extensive water damage, rotted subflooring, and compromised framing around the fl**ge area.

This customer had an unfinished recessed opening that was collecting dust and serving no real purpose. We framed it in, added a beautiful brick accent finish, and finished it off with fresh trim to create a clean, custom look that blends perfectly with the room.

🔨 CEILING TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE! 🔨

Out with the old and in with the new! We removed the old sheetrock ceiling and outdated trim and gave this space a completely fresh look with a new corrugated tin ceiling and brand-new trim work.

The result is a clean, modern farmhouse style that’s not only durable and low maintenance, but also adds character and brightness to the room.

Most people would’ve thrown flooring over this and called it done…
We tore it down to the structure and rebuilt it the RIGHT way.

We opened everything up, inspected every joist, replaced what was bad, and braced & supported the entire system for long-term strength.

We’re starting demo on a home built in the 1890’s — and this one is getting the full structural attention it deserves 💪

Here’s what’s going down 👇

🔨 Demo PhaseWe’ll be pulling up the existing flooring and subfloor in the master bedroom, closet, and master bathroom to expose what’s underneath.

🪵 Structural Inspection & RepairOnce opened up, we’ll thoroughly inspect all joists — removing and replacing any that need it. Then we’ll support and brace every joist to ensure long-term strength and stability.

🧱 Subfloor Prep Done RIGHTWe’ll frame out the subfloor so that all 4 edges have solid backing — no weak spots, no shortcuts.

🌬️ Sealing & ProtectionNext steps include installing a v***r barrier, followed by new subflooring. All seams and edges will be properly taped and sealed to protect the home from outside elements.
