Customer called with a sewer smell so I ran my camera in the wall behind the vanity and found an auto vent in the wall that had gone bad this folks, is why you do not put them in the wall. Luckily it was not up higher so we only had to cut drywall under the cabinet.

I’ve said a million times blowing your water lines out with air does not work this client had another so called plumber winterize her house and that’s what he did. This is a video of the water that was left in the lines coming out as I pump RV antifreeze in to winterize it correctly.

What in the crazy pvc glue sniffing cockamamie crap am I looking at? Yes that is the main water coming in, yes that is a valve before the pressure tank, yes those are drain fittings, some of you need to quit saying your a plumber and charging people for this crap.
