This project consisted of a foundation replacement on the front and rear addition of the home. The front addition also needed 5 inches of lift back to level with the rest of the house while the rear addition needed 2.5 inches.

Fixing a sinking foundation: Measurements are taken on site to determine the extent of settling that has occurred. Helical piers are drilled down until they reach solid strata. The piers are then bolted to the building footing and the building is lifted to level/stabilization. Call 406-697-6863 for more information!
