Here is an update to my previous post. We are ready to start installing the tile. There is a lot of tile to install. They have chosen a very dramatic tile in a large format. This is a good example of why you don't hire the cheapest person or company to take care of your project needs. The previous contractor covered up mold. Modified the shower pan without additional water proofing or sealing. They didn't have a proper drain or slope. They also didn't use proper materials. Here's a project we just completed. We remove a builders grade 60/40 sink and replaced it with a larger single bowl fireclay sink. Had to cut and polish the opening for the new sink. Just a little update on what's been going on with Admiral Home Services. We are excited to say that we are currently working on remodeling the Lavon City Council room. We are moving the council bench to the other side of the room. Making the bench bigger and ADA accessible. Giving them a few technology upgrades and helping them prepare for future growth. The new bench will allow for more audience seating and and more general space in the room. We also will be at this year's Lavon Fall Festival. Come out and see us. We will be glad to talk with you about any project needs you may have.
