A complete transformation, from the ground up.

Our team ripped out all of the old landscaping and old existing rock walls, then installed the three new versa lok walls and steps, the stepping stone path, new landscaping, mulch, and seeded the disturbed areas.

Natural Breeze brought the hardscape to life with a new concrete porch off the downstairs slider, a larger composite deck and stairs, and the piers needed to support it all.

The result? A more functional, connected outdoor space that feels like it was meant to be there all along.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk with experience using QuickBooks and an understanding of job costing, to join our finance team in an in-house position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering bills, preparing them for review, and reconciling accounts. The Accounts Payable Clerk must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter bills into QuickBooks and prepare them for review by management

- Reconcile vendor statements in QuickBooks and address any discrepancies

- Maintain vendor files and update records as needed in QuickBooks

- Assist with the organization of weekly check runs in QuickBooks

- Support monthly closing procedures and financial reporting in QuickBooks

- Respond to vendor inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper invoice approvals

- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

- 1-2 years of accounts payable experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
