Crew Lead (Horticulture Technician)
We’re looking for someone who can:
• Identify ornamental plants and weeds
• Diagnose pests and diseases
• Perform skilled pruning and plant care
• Manage annual & perennial beds
• Communicate confidently with clients
• Lead daily job ex*****on with quality and efficiency
Pesticide certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
Maintenance Team Member
• Reliable and hardworking
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round
• Eager to learn plant care and grow in the trade
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain)
