Wow, a little early for our short existence but we just decided to part ways with a customer... Like all of our customers, we're undercharging substantially since we're new and we hope that, in concert with the great job we do is enough for our customers to see the value we provide them. We had a customer who always pays late and has a pretty disgusting yard full of dog p**p. He decided to short us $5 because his neighbor ended up mowing a tiny bit of his yard by accident. I decided early on, we're not going to be doing business with people like that. I'm teaching my son to give grace to people but rather than choosing to see where I'm coming from and have a discussion about it, this individual chose pettiness instead and basically showed zero remorse. If this was an isolated thing, I probably wouldn't have said anything, but it's the fact that his yard is disgusting and he always pays late in combination with underpaying us. Now he gets to pay close to double probably for his service.
