Last week, we gathered at Margaritaville to celebrate Rick Kilduff’s retirement after 40 years with the company. Rick spent much of his career as a Field Supervisor and later as our Safety Officer, where his leadership, steady presence, and dedication made a lasting impact on the team.

In recognition of his four decades of service, Rick was also inducted into our Hall of Fame, honoring the legacy he leaves behind.

It was a fitting setting to celebrate a well-earned retirement and the next chapter ahead. We are grateful for everything Rick has contributed over the years and wish him nothing but the best as he kicks back and sets sail into retirement.
