Finished up another screened porch project. We originally had glass selected for the lower panels but the client decided they wanted more ventilation, so we changed to screens and added spindles for a safety factor for the grand kids. The corner of the house (1 foot) is now in the revised flood plain so to get the permit we had to have plans stamp by two different engineers for both the structural design and the storm water evaluation, patience.... patience!
