April’s Arbor Ascent Challenge! We kicked off this month with a team-building activity where each group had to build the tallest tower using their helmets, boots, zip ties, and a few sticks. Each team used strategy and trial and error to see who came out on top. In the end, our winning team consisted of Steve D (equipment operator), Alex V (crane operator), Jason G (crew), and Eli R (crew). Congrats to all our crew members! It was great to see all of your efforts and camaraderie among you.
