Sometime between 6pm and 8am thieves helped themselves to items in the nursery including heavy rubber mats we use exclusively for the Farmers Market, which we host as a community service. If anyone has any information or notices thick 2'X 4" mats or someone with a large quantity of roses suddenly, please contact us or the police department.

At 1621West Apartments in Lawrence, Kansas, Select One Security provided a complete security and technology infrastructure designed specifically for a modern multifamily community.

Our team designed, provided, and installed the property’s fire system, along with a Zentra cloud-based access control system that gives residents mobile access to exterior building entrances and their residential doors.

We also designed, installed, and manage the property’s SPECO AI CCTV system, with cameras positioned throughout the parking areas and building entryways. For community entry, we provided and installed a LiftMaster myQ Communities telephone entry system, giving management another reliable way to control access to the property.

Beyond security, we provided the structured wiring infrastructure needed for the management team to deploy managed Wi-Fi to each resident.
