A big Thank You! to all of our customers that have been hiring us for thier projects. To many to list but here are a couple...
Moved fencing post, adding a double swing gate to decrotive metal fence. Installing customers cabinets, island, and counter tops. Custom resizing those tops that customer bought at big box store.

Installed custom floor grab bar for assitance.

Our newest project is replacing multiple outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and cabinet rehardwaring (don't know if that is a word,, but now it is)... 86 item electrical chore to get a home ready to sell.

SAVE MONEY: SPRING TIPS FOR THE UPKEEP OF YOUR HOME.

Spring is a big month for home maintenance. They don’t call it “Spring Cleaning” for nothing. Especially focus on the exterior of your home as it’s just gone through winter and is preparing for summer heat and brutal humidity.

Check the exterior drainage. Will rain water flow away from the house? Puddles should not stand around your home for more than 24 hours.
If water stays, or moves toward your foundation, you have a few options.

First, check your gutters. It could be a bad spout or a loose connection there; they may also just need cleaning.
Clean out gutters. They’ve likely accumulated leaves from the fall and grime/sediment from the winter snows and/or rains.

Inspect the exterior of your home. Take a close look all around your house, and make any repairs as needed. Soft wood, window moulding, check the foundation for any cracks. A good silicone/caulk can fix a lot of your problems.

Get your air conditioning system ready for summer; consider having it serviced.
Central air is obviously a more complex system. Getting it serviced by a AC professional should be around $100 or less, and it will save money and headaches down the road.

Repair/replace damaged window screens. You don’t want bugs coming in or the threat of Mosquitoes.

Why hire a handyman?

You’ve got an ever increasing to-do list of home improvements like changing out a bathroom faucet, replacing missing shingles on the roof and painting a kitchen wall. You could hire a plumber, roofer and painter who have conflicting schedules and their own service charges, or you could hire a handyman to complete all three projects in one day for one hourly rate or a flat rate.

Because many handymen charge by the hour, a homeowner can save time and money on home improvement projects by hiring one to complete a wide range of projects at an hourly rate. A service charge from a plumber or roofer to come to your home could equal or even surpass the cost of hiring a handyman for a few hours.

You're also less likely to be overcharged if your hire a handyman. Unlike a general contractor or specialist who is more likely to price a job based on the estimated amount of time it will take to complete, you only have to pay a handyman for the hours he works, unless you agree on a flat rate. Handymen can keep their rates low because they don't have to pay additional workers, so they have lower overhead costs than contractors or large companies.

Although handymen have less overhead, they do supply their own tools, so there's no need to invest in extra equipment you won't use often or at all. However, you will save money to supply the materials.

MR FIX-IT added tip.... but make certain you have the right materials because a handyman works by the hour if he has to go and find the right materials it will cost more time and money shopping for the right materials to finish the job...especially if the material supplier is located in the next town 20 to 30 miles away.
