It’s that time of year, Honeybees are swarming! Please share if you hear of someone that has a swarm of bees.
We also specialize in Honeybee “cutouts” from homes and buildings! When a honeybee colony takes up residence inside of a structure, they should be removed along with the entire contents of the hive.
Whether it Honeybees, Hornets, Wasps or Yellowjackets, remember us for all of your stinging insect needs! 🐝🐝🐝

THANKS!
It’s hard to believe it’s been 3 years since I “retired” from being an ER nurse!

I usually enjoyed my nursing career but like anything, there are times that aren’t as enjoyable as others…. I miss the fellowship of coworkers and taking care of appreciative patients. It’s nice to know you will have a steady paycheck and benefits as well.

Now I have the BEST boss (Erica) and my coworkers are a little younger (and only work weekends and summer break…..) But I wouldn’t change a thing! Spending time with family and doing daily life is much easier when I can control my schedule!

Thank you to everyone who has supported our family over the last several years. Without help from family, friends and loyal customers, we wouldn’t be where we are today!

Might be getting an Armadillo call soon!

Armadillos 1st arrived in Indiana in 2003, but they now have colonies across much of the state.

The red zone and dots show areas where we believe they have permanent breeding populations.

Most armadillos live in the southern plains and Deep South.

This map’s data is from the U.S. geological survey. They believe armadillos will continue to expand north and east.

We have had a few more Bald-faced Hornet calls recently. While the insects as well as the nests are beautiful, the ey can be very aggressive if accidentally disturbed.
If you or someone you know has hornet, Yellowjacket or honeybee nest/hive, feel free to call!

Black bear in Cincinnati!?!? Not something you see every day.

Black bear in Cincinnati!?!? Not something you see every day.

A black bear has been spotted in and around the Township. Black bears are an endangered species in Ohio. Please report any bear sightings to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources at (800) 945-3543 or [email protected].

From the Department of Natural Resources: Black bears are usually fearful of people, therefore bear attacks are a rare occurrence. Bears do not attack or kill children or pets as long as the bear is given its space and not cornered. The first thing to do when you see a bear is REMAIN CALM. Generally, black bears are non-aggressive and prefer to flee from the area as soon as they are aware of your presence. If you encounter a bear, and it is not aware of your presence, simply back away from the area slowly. If the bear is aware of your presence and it does not leave the area, avoid direct eye contact with the animal, give the bear an easy escape route and again, simply back slowly away from the area. Always avoid running or climbing trees, which may provoke a chase.
