One more place to get ready in the morning. A comfortable shower for overnight guests. A bathroom that does more for the people who call this house home. 🚿

For this renovation, we added a full shower to an existing half bath, with new framing, new electrical, new plumbing, and every finish thoughtfully brought together.

The shower catches your eye with blue-veined tile, a deep blue accent, and black fixtures that carry through to the sliding glass enclosure. A recessed niche keeps essentials within reach, while a corner seat adds comfort. The blue vanity and coordinating floor tile tie the room together beautifully.

There’s plenty to appreciate on the surface, with just as much care in the work behind the walls. Proud to put the Gorecki General Construction name on this one.

Morning coffee with more natural light. Dinner prep with a view outside. A sliding door that makes stepping out for fresh air easy. ☀️ Sometimes the best parts of a kitchen renovation are the ways you get to enjoy it every day.

For this project, we installed a new kitchen, completed new electrical work, enlarged the window, and added a sliding door. Each update plays a part in making this hardworking space more welcoming, with more daylight and a convenient connection to the outdoors.

Careful work behind the walls matters just as much as the finishes you see. We’re proud to bring both together in a kitchen ready for daily routines, family meals, and company around the table.

Let’s talk about what you’d love in your kitchen.

🍁 Who Says Patio Season Has to End When Summer Does?

Picture a crisp fall morning, coffee in hand, surrounded by the colors of the season. Or a chilly evening spent relaxing by the fireplace, enjoying the outdoors without having to bundle up.

That’s exactly the kind of living this beautiful new addition was built for!

At Gorecki General Construction, we transformed an existing patio into a gorgeous 3-season room designed to be enjoyed for nearly 3½ seasons of the year.

And there’s plenty to love about this one!

🪟 EZ-Screen Porch Windows provide flexibility to enjoy the fresh air when the weather is beautiful and added protection when temperatures start to drop.

🪵 A stunning vaulted wood ceiling brings natural warmth and character overhead, complemented by recessed lighting and a ceiling fan.

🔥 A beautiful fireplace feature wall creates an inviting focal point, perfect for relaxing, entertaining, or spending a quiet evening at home.

🏡 Durable AZEK finishes bring clean, polished details with long-lasting, low-maintenance performance.

With windows surrounding the room, natural light pouring in, and even a hanging porch swing, every corner feels connected to the outdoors while offering the comfort of being inside.

It’s a place for morning coffee, family gatherings, watching the seasons change, or simply putting your feet up after a long day.

Because the best spaces in a home aren’t always the ones you need. Sometimes, they’re the ones you never want to leave.

Thinking about making your patio or porch something you can enjoy beyond the summer months? We’d love to help bring that vision to life!

Some evenings call for company on the deck. Others are best spent unwinding in the sunroom. This project gives the homeowners room to enjoy both. ☀️

We built a brand new deck and added a sliding door to the dining room, making it easy to carry dinner outside, welcome guests, or step out for a little fresh air. That direct connection makes outdoor living a natural part of the day.

The sunroom received a renovation that included a new foundation, pairing the work beneath the space with the care put into its finished appearance. A new porch area rounds out the project, creating another inviting spot to enjoy the outdoors.

Several connected spaces, each with its own purpose and plenty of possibilities for everyday living.

The doors you use every day deserve a little attention. Whether you’re stepping outside with your morning coffee or welcoming someone in, they’re part of what makes a home feel inviting. 🏡

For this recently completed job, we removed the old sliding doors, installed new ones, and finished the opening with new trim. The white frames and classic grid pattern complement the home beautifully, with plenty of glass to welcome natural light.

Clean trim lines bring everything together, giving the entrance a polished look that feels right at home. Thoughtful details make a difference in the spaces you use most.

Sometimes the most important part of a renovation is what you won’t see when it’s finished.

This priest’s bathroom in Princeton needed more than new tile and fixtures. We completed a full demolition, uncovered and corrected the existing issues, and rebuilt the bathroom properly before bringing all of the finish work together.

The shower became the centerpiece, with marble-look wall tile, a mosaic floor, built-in niche, rainfall shower head, separate wall-mounted shower head, and handheld sprayer. Matte black fixtures add contrast throughout, while the warm wood vanity and classic subway tile bring some balance to the brighter finishes.

It’s a combination of old-school craftsmanship and clean, updated design with the work behind the walls receiving just as much attention as everything you can see. 🛠️

Another Princeton renovation ready for years of use.

The best bathroom details earn their place every day. A seat where you need it. Shower essentials within reach. Enough counter space for two people getting ready at once.

Comfort guided this update, starting with an enlarged shower and built-in bench. A tiled half wall defines the shower while keeping the space feeling open, and recessed shelving provides a convenient home for everyday essentials. A rainfall showerhead, handheld sprayer, and grab bar add flexibility and support.

The blue veining in the shower tile brings character to the room, paired with a mosaic shower floor and soft wall colors. The new double vanity balances that detail with clean cabinetry, generous counter space, and drawers that help keep daily necessities organized.

It’s a bathroom that feels personal, looks inviting, and works better for the people using it.

Thinking about what would make your own morning routine more comfortable? We’d love to help bring those ideas to life.

Dinner outside on a nice night. Friends staying a little longer. A quiet spot to take a break while the yard work waits. A well-built deck makes room for all of it.

For this project, we removed the old deck and installed new framing before finishing the space with gray Trex decking and white Trex railings. The color combination fits beautifully with the home and gives the backyard a fresh, inviting place to gather.

Look closely and you’ll see the details that bring the design together: borders that frame the decking, coordinated stair treads, and AZEK finish pieces on the fascia and posts. Even viewed from the lawn, the deck has a clean, finished appearance.

With room to arrange seating and easy access to the yard, this space is ready for everyday use and whatever the weekend brings.

Gorecki General Construction brings care to every stage of the build, including the framing beneath your feet and the finishing details you see every day.

Let’s make your backyard a place you want to spend more time.

A covered driveway should make everyday life easier. Constantly dealing with nests and the mess underneath them wasn’t part of the plan.

For this project, we enclosed the underside of the existing awning with ventilated soffit. Closing off access to the overhead nesting spaces helps keep unwanted visitors out, while the perforated panels allow air to circulate.

The clean white finish also gives the entire overhead area a more polished appearance. Straight panel lines and neatly fitted trim make the enclosure feel like a natural part of the structure.

It’s a practical improvement the homeowners can appreciate every time they pull in: a tidier space, less recurring cleanup, and a longstanding annoyance addressed with thoughtful craftsmanship.

Got something around your home that keeps landing back on the to-do list? Let’s talk about a solution.

Some evenings deserve a little more time outside. A comfortable chair, a cool breeze, and a front porch that makes staying home feel like a plan. 🌿

This new covered porch stretches across the front of the house, creating plenty of room for morning coffee, catching up with neighbors, or settling in after a busy day.

The details give it its character: classic white columns and railings, warm brown decking, and a wood ceiling that’s worth looking up for. Recessed lighting and a ceiling fan help make the space comfortable well into the evening, while the centered gable frames the front entrance beautifully.

A matching side ramp provides a step-free route onto the porch, thoughtfully worked into the overall design. It’s a practical feature that feels right at home alongside the traditional finishes.

We loved bringing this outdoor living space to life, built with care and ready to become part of the homeowners’ everyday routine.
