Just because it rained doesnt mean we are done with a drought. The two inches of rain only diminishes, but does not meet the need placed by the lack of rain for days on end. It's simple math, We were supposed to have 7 inches of rain by now, and got two inches in the last two days. that means we are still 5 inches shy of where we are suppose to be.
