Wrapped up a basement repair job before the snow hit.

Clients sump pump kept malfunctioning due to build up of an unknown substance, which caused it to shut off and allowed water to enter through his egress windows and causing damage to the basement.

Not knowing what to expect we found the culprit.. the builder decided to backfill the house during the building process with concrete washout from the mixing plant.
We were able to isolate the material and haul it off and back fill the home the correct way.
