📌Job Posting: Administrative Assistant

🛠Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to project managers, estimators, and supervisors
• Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation (contracts, bonds, certificates of insurance, locates, submittals, change orders, government forms, state forms, etc.)
• Assist with bid preparation, vendor and customer communication
• Track project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
• Manage phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems
• Coordinate deliveries, project scheduling and subcontractor paperwork
• Support HR tasks such as onboarding and maintaining employee records
• Ensure the office remains organized, stocked, and efficient
🎯 Qualifications
• Previous administrative experience (construction industry experience preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Familiarity with construction terminology and documentation is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accuracy
