Thanks to PureWash Laundromat for trusting us to come in and work side by side and get their new business curb appeal taken care of. We started from the ground up with the building team to get them up in running and it was a pleasure.

This job consisted of a full installation of irrigation, landscaping, and sod by our team!

First ones to bring Tahoma 31 to town! T31 is a new hybrid Bermuda grass developed at Oklahoma State University. It’s a very fine texture and super green color that can withstand very low mowing heights. It is very cold weather tolerant and requires up to 25% and 50% less water. T31 is known to be used on major sports fields and golf courses around the nation

This install took place on June 16th were we scalped and removed the existing Bermuda and added a base layer of mix top soil. A mix top soil helps promote a good catch structure for the root system to feed into and grab ahold of with exceptional drainage.

It took 10-15 days for the grass to come in good for a first cut and around day 35 we scalped again and brought in 6 yards of masonry sand to top dress and get this lawn leveled.

We are just under 60 days and this yard is dark green and being maintained at 3/4 of an inch!!

3/4” of an inch. Dark green in August with no rain.. T31 is no joke!

We are 3 inches below normal rainfall averages year to date and we have had severe heat index’s. Just a reminder to make sure that you, your plants, and turf grass are getting adequate water to stay alive! Plants are just like humans and have a life so make sure they are getting a drink!
