Tec-Masters, Inc. requires a Future Fires Strategic Planning and Analysis SME to support the U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence (FCOE), Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate (CDID) at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma.

Individual must:

* Be able to describe the purpose and primary theme of the most recent Army Capstone, Operating, and Army Concept for Fires.

* Have developed, reviewed and staffed concepts and or doctrine and related documents and publications.

* Have written concepts, doctrine or related documents and publications for Army AMD and/or FA.

* Have developed and presented briefings to flag officers or equivalent.

* Possess the ability to effectively communicate conceptual ideas in writing and orally articulate thoughts to support the development of Army and Joint Fires concepts.

* Possess a bachelor’s degree and have at least ten years’ cumulative operational experience in either FA or ADA.

* Be a U.S. citizen and possess/maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Tec-Masters, Inc. is looking for a Fires Network Senior Military Analyst (140A, 14J, or 14G) for a position on Ft. Sill, OK. supporting the Army Capability Manager - Fires Cell.
Minimum qualifications:
1. Shall possess a current SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance within 45 days of hire.
2. Shall possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3. Shall have a minimum of 10 years’ cumulative, current operational experience (within the last 5 years) in the ADA (may include Guard and Reserve experience).
4. Shall possess 6 years’ specialized experience, defined as: Worked/practiced in ADA as a C2 Systems Technician (140A), Air Defense C41 Tactical Operations Center Operator (14J), or Air Defense Battle Management System Operator (14G) and/or former JICO.
5. Shall have a minimum of 2 years’ JCIDS experience in the ADA.
6. Shall have a minimum of six years’ experience with currently fielded AMD Planning Control System/ADAM
program and AMD C2 systems, with emphasis on Joint Fires, JAGIC, ADAM and AIAMD, including one or more of these systems: IBCS, Patriot, Indirect Fire Protection Capability Increment 2-Intercept, CRAM, THAAD, AMDWS. Emphasis is defined as no less than one year of experience in JAGIC and one year in AIAMD.

Overview:

1) Responsible for assisting the Comptroller with all invoicing for the company utilizing Deltek CostPoint.
2) Requires a high attention to detail and an ability to multitask when billing needs arise. Invoices are generated in a variety of forms – Excel, Word, online billings systems and WAWF.
3) Must be able to coordinate accurate and timely billing while handling billing issues and problems and switching between all the various billing methods. There is extensive account analysis as well as detailed knowledge of the government billing system and structure of government contracts.
4) Requires working well independently or with teams in all areas of accounting as well as contracts.
5) Requires excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.

Requirements:

1) Five years in an accounting environment, with primary responsibility for Accounts Receivable for a government contractor utilizing Deltek Cost Point.
2) Three years experience supporting finance and accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general accounting.
3) Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).

Tec-Masters, Inc. is looking for a Fire Support Tactical Targeting System SME (131A) for a position on Ft. Sill, OK. supporting the Army Capability Manager - Fires Cell.

Minimum qualifications:
1. Shall possess a current TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance.
2. Shall possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
3. Shall have a minimum of 10 years’ cumulative, current operational experience (within the last 5 years) in the FA (may include Guard and Reserve experience).
4. Shall have a minimum of 6 years’ of specialized experience, defined as: Worked/practiced in Fire Support targeting roles with recent experience as a targeting officer (division and above) or certified “imagery-based” targeting instructor experience in the FA.
5. Shall have a minimum of two years’ JCIDS experience.
6. Shall have knowledge and a minimum of 6 years of experience of currently fielded imagery-based targeting process including at least one of the following: Precision Strike Suite for Special Operations Forces (PSS-SOF), Scene Matching, Rain-Drop, and Collateral Damage Estimation (CDE). Shall have knowledge and a minimum of two years’ experience with Fire Support Tactical Data Systems and capability including, but not limited to AFATDS and Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS).
