💜 We had a great time today supporting the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s!

Our Sky Roofing team was proud to be out in the community, remembering loved ones, honoring those currently affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia, and supporting the families and caregivers who walk alongside them.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and added a shingle to our “We Woof for Loved Ones” wall. Seeing it fill up with the names of so many loved ones was pretty special. 💜

We’re grateful to be a small part of a community that shows up for one another.

Let’s be upfront: This is a performance-based opportunity for someone with an unmatched work ethic, want to grind for high-ticket commissions, and are ready to put in the pavement-pounding work to build your own pipeline, keep reading.

All experience levels welcome. Whether you're a seasoned industry pro or a motivated beginner ready to learn the ropes from scratch, we are willing to train the right person.

What to Expect:
Role: 1099 Independent Subcontractor operating under our local business team. You may be responsible for handling projects completely from start to finish (from initial inspections and insurance claim coordination to final build oversight and customer management).

Pay: Top-tier, uncapped commission structure—you
earn what you close.

Leads: Expect to generate the vast majority of your
own business by door-knocking and building
relationships (minimal company-given leads may be
utilized to help jumpstart).

Flexible Availability Required: This position requires
flexibility to accommodate homeowner's' needs
(which means evening work is expected) and project
demands. Availability may occasionally be required
during weekends or outside regular business hours to
provide timely assistance and ensure excellent
customer service.

What We Are Looking For:
Real grit, hustle, and a self-starter mindset.

Willingness to door-knock and grind daily.

Must be available on evenings and at times on weekends.

Strong communication skills, customer service,
professional appearance and a great attitude.

Reliable transportation is a must. (Truck not required.)
