We’re getting this roof torn off this morning and will have the new roof completed by this afternoon. We don’t cut corners—we take the time to inspect the decking and make sure everything is ready for a quality installation.

Sometimes you don’t know what’s underneath a roof until you start tearing it off.

Here we found a second layer of wood shingles underneath the existing roofing. These will need to be removed, and the roof will be redecked with 7/16” OSB to bring the decking up to current code requirements before installing the new roof.

This is exactly why a proper tear-off and inspection matters. We don’t just cover up problems—we find them and fix them the right way. 🏠🔨
