Job Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for timely replenishment, garnishing, and serving of food in accordance with required contract flow rates.
- Possesses the skills, qualifications and dexterity to progressively and properly prepare grilled items ( including breakfast items prepared on the grill) and deep fat fried items in order to maintain serving line continuity at a specified serving rates.
- Cleans spills; cleans storage boxes, serving equipment, and lines; sweeps and mops floors.
- Responsible for accurate entries on time sheet, personal appearance, behavior and adherence to employers and contact regulations or policies.

This position requires a full government background check by the National Agency Check and Inquiry which includes finger printing. A qualified applicant will be able to pass all background checks and have at least 5 years of experience as a manager of a food facility serving complete meals, able to provide satisfactory past performance ratings via written evaluations and recommendations, and possess a current ServSafe Certificate
