Another tankless water heater in the books and another happy customer! 💧🔥

This homeowner made the switch to a Rinnai tankless water heater and now has endless hot water, improved efficiency, and a longer-lasting system. While they don’t currently have a water softener, we discussed several options to help protect their investment, including a ScaleRX system and whole-home single-stage filtration. We also programmed the unit with an 8-month service reminder to help keep the heat exchanger clean and performing at its best until future upgrades are made.

This project is part of an ongoing remodel with Utah Remodel Experts, and we can’t say enough good things about working with Curtis and his team. 🔧🏠 Remodel Update from Silver Peak Plumbing & Radiant Heating 🏠🔧

Some remodels are easy… and some make your head hurt. This one had it all—abandoned water lines from previous remodels, a 3” cast iron stack running through the middle of the room, drainage reroutes, a bathroom resize, new recirculation lines, and prep work for a freestanding tub and multifunction shower.

The rough under plumbing is officially complete, and we’re ready to move on to the next phase of this transformation.

Older homes, new construction, remodels, or service work—it doesn’t matter. We take on the tough projects and get them done right.

Out with the old, in with the new. 🔥

We removed a standard 50-gallon water heater and upgraded this home to a Rinnai tankless system. Unlimited hot water, improved efficiency, and a cleaner mechanical room setup.

This install included relocating equipment, updating water and gas connections, upsizing where needed, reconnecting the water softener, and completing all venting requirements for a professional finish.

This project wasn’t the easiest one. We had to dig deep, navigate existing utilities, cut through the driveway, and carefully tie into the existing sewer system. From bringing the sewer up to the RV pad, installing the water service and hookup, and coordinating utility placement, we made sure everything was ready for years of reliable use.

Homeowners acting as their own general contractor — we can definitely work with that. This homeowner did an amazing job taking on the process herself, and we were proud to help guide her through it by recommending trusted subcontractors and helping keep things moving smoothly.
