Nearly nine years ago, Woodbury Corporation gave us an opportunity when DreamWorks Builders was just getting started.
Today, we stood side-by-side once again, breaking ground on another building together.
Over the last two years alone, we’ve completed six buildings with the Woodbury team and have several more under contract. But the number of buildings isn’t what we’re most proud of.
What we’re most proud of is earning the trust to keep coming back.
In an industry where projects are temporary, long-term partnerships are rare. They are built through thousands of conversations, challenges overcome, commitments honored, and a shared belief that doing things the right way still matters.
Looking around today’s groundbreaking ceremony and seeing our team standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Woodbury’s team, their architect, civil engineer, and project manager was a reminder that great projects are never built by one company alone.
We’re grateful for the trust, friendships, and opportunities that have been built over the past nine years.
Crazy to think it’s been almost a decade.
