🧰 We’re Hiring – Shop Technician (Millersville, MD)

We’re looking for a Shop Technician to join our growing team in Millersville, MD!

What You’ll Do:
🔧 Perform maintenance and repairs on small engines (Exmark mowers, Echo & Stihl equipment)
🚛 Handle routine service and diagnostics on trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment
🧰 Work alongside the Shop Manager to prioritize repairs and keep operations running smoothly
🧼 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 1+ year of small engine repair experience
✔️ Familiarity with Exmark, Echo, and Stihl brands
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
✔️ Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
(Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!)

Pay: $20–$26/hour (based on experience)

This growth allows us to serve even more customers throughout Anne Arundel and the Baltimore area, bringing our commitment to quality, reliability, and excellence to a broader community.

As part of this transition, we are excited to welcome AGL’s employees into the JB Kline family and look forward to working with our new and existing customers in the region. Leading our new Anne Arundel branch is Danny Gilbert, formerly our Account Manager in Laytonsville, now stepping into the role of Branch Manager.
