Justin is passionate about what he does and especially enjoys the technical side of HVAC. He thrives on jobs that require critical thinking, constant engagement, and strong teamwork. For Justin, it’s not just about getting the job done, it’s about staying focused, working together, and putting your best effort forward.
One of Justin’s biggest influences throughout his career has been his father, who motivated and inspired him to never let obstacles stand in the way of accomplishing his goals. That mindset has carried over into Justin’s own leadership style. He brings strong leadership skills to his team and has a natural ability to keep everyone on task, focused, and working toward the same goal.
Outside of work, Justin’s greatest purpose is his wife and five children, along with their two dogs. His family is what motivates him to continually strive to become a better man and give his best every day. ❤️
When he’s not working, Justin enjoys family time, watching sports and spending time at the shooting range. And here’s a fun talent that many people may not know about. Justin is also a talented tattoo artist! 🎨

Erica truly loves people and enjoys making a difference wherever she can.
Erica grew up in Waco, Texas, home of the Baylor Bears, and moved to our area about 11 years ago. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, listening to music, and dancing. In her spare time, you can find Erica hanging out with family, eating good food, going to the movies, or shopping with her loved ones.
